Summer Childcare Assistant

In the Greenville, WI area, a family is seeking to find a 1:1 summer childcare assistant for their funny, kind, and energetic boys who have special needs. In this position, you would be keeping these two boys entertained and safe at their local YMCA.

If you are someone who likes to teach, mentor, and keep children entertained, this would be a great fit for you!!

Location:

- Greenville, WI

FULL-TIME SUMMER HOURS:

( 25-45 Hours a week )

June Hours:

- 12:15 PM - 4:15 PM Monday – Friday

July and August Hours:

- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday – Friday

Pay Rate:

- $17.97 /Hour

Tasks:

- Helping children with 1:1 activities at the YMCA

- Transportation to the YMCA

- Providing 1:1 supervision

- Offer emotional support when needed

- Assist with snack time

- Keeping an eye on the children

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s Licenses and reliable vehicle.
  • High schoolers are welcome to apply
  • Able to pass a Wisconsin background check
  • Experience working with children
  • Willingness to learn and accept coaching
  • Committed to providing care for children with special needs.
