Sales & Marketing Representative (Home + Commercial Moving)

OVERVIEW

 

Bormann Brothers is seeking a high-energy Sales & Marketing Representative to drive revenue growth across both household goods (residential) and commercial moving services.

 

We are hiring for a single role and will select the strongest candidate. We welcome both high-potential entry-level candidates and experienced sales professionals. The role will be calibrated based on experience, with a clear path from coordinator-level responsibilities into full sales and estimating ownership.

 

This is not a call center role. This is a revenue-generating position with direct impact on company growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Respond to inbound leads (phone, email, web) quickly and professionally 
  • Qualify opportunities and convert inquiries into booked jobs 
  • Manage pipeline and follow-ups in CRM 
  • Upsell services including packing, storage, valuation, and specialty services 

 

Marketing & Business Development

  • Support and execute marketing initiatives including:
    • Google Business Profile engagement 
    • Review generation and reputation management 
    • Referral partner development (realtors, property managers, contractors) 
  • Participate in local networking and outreach 
  • Track lead sources and performance 

 

Customer Experience

  • Act as point of contact from inquiry through booking 
  • Clearly communicate scope, pricing, and expectations 
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth job execution

ROLE CALIBRATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE

 

Entry-Level Candidates (0–3 Years)

  • Focus on lead response, qualification, and pipeline management 
  • Schedule surveys and support quoting process 
  • Receive structured training in:
    • Household goods and commercial surveying 
    • Estimating and pricing 
  • Progress into conducting surveys and closing deals 

 

Experienced Candidates (3+ Years)

  • Conduct in-home and on-site surveys independently 
  • Build and deliver pricing and estimates 
  • Own full sales cycle from lead to close 
  • Manage revenue and margin performance 
  • Develop referral relationships and generate new business

COMPENSATION
