Job duties will include some physical work such as bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting objects less than 50 pounds. Hardware support will require moderate physical labor, including lifting & carrying equipment, as well as crawling, bending, stooping, etc. for equipment set up and maintenance. This position also serves as a backup for the Data Coordinator, and works in close conjunction with that person to meet all the IT needs of the program.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage all IT needs of the organization, including network & hardware management. 2. Manage and update program database, as needed, for service development and reporting needs. 3. Provide database support for all staff and office volunteers, and assist with the supervision and processing of program data. 4. Provide onsite software and hardware support to staff and volunteers, as needed. 5. Provide organizational assistance and tech support for program events and fundraising activities, including equipment setup and off-site event needs. 6. Help maintain a safe, organized and functional work environment, ensuring that user workstations meet their basic needs and provide the support necessary to increase staff and volunteer productivity. 8. Assist with IT related business contracts and vendor relations, as needed. 9. Work with all staff to develop the most efficient flow of data, creating checklists and routing tools as needed. 10. Create and update basic office and data collection forms, as needed. 11. Assist with the supervision of office volunteers working on data and related projects, providing them with meaningful and appropriate assignments, and ensuring the accuracy of their work. 12. Help in compiling information for quarterly programmatic reports (AAA1-B, SMART, CDBG, ITN, etc.). 13. Work to ensure compliance with a variety of funder and grant related requirements, and assist in achiving programmatic goals of the organization. 14. Support email, website and social media communications. 15. Participate in all IVC events, activities and fundraisers, and promote them broadly. 16. Other various duties as assigned. Salary & Hours: Salary based on experience and related skills. Strong full-time or part-time candidates will be considered.
