Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. This role blends customer service, operations coordination, and sales into one dynamic position. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while also contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service, Operations and Relationship Management
- Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct timely follow-up and reminder calls to ensure a seamless customer experience, maintain engagement, and support revenue growth.
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, diagnose comfort and system-related issues, and recommend tailored solutions that best meet the customer’s needs.

- Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to enhance loyalty, trust, and retention.
- Review and interpret relevant customer data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Lead Generation & Sales
- Present and promote Levco’s products and services through thoughtful, solution-oriented communication via phone and email to potential customers.
- Proactively identify potential customer needs and opportunities that support a consultative sales approach.
- Support lead generation efforts and contribute to achieving monthly sales objectives.
- Analyze relevant sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth.
