Maintenance Technician

At Revere Plastics Systems, we don’t need someone to just “turn wrenches.” We need a Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems and keep production moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and repair plant equipment, machinery, building systems, and grounds
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues by identifying true root cause—not just symptoms
  • Disassemble, repair, and replace defective machine components
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, conveyor, and electrical systems
  • Support injection molding presses, robots, and secondary automation equipment
  • Adjust and troubleshoot robotic systems and assist with programming modifications
  • Diagnose automation systems including sensors, VFDs, servo drives, relays, I/O cards, HMIs, and load cells
  • Read and interpret PLC ladder logic for troubleshooting and minor adjustments
  • Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate PM records
  • Support equipment startups and new product launches
  • Identify recurring issues and help drive long-term fixes with engineering and process teams
  • Support safety compliance (OSHA/ANSI) and maintain a safe work environment

What You Bring

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Ability to diagnose issues and work through root cause independently
  • Familiarity with PLCs, automation systems, or robotics (preferred)
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, or injection molding equipment (preferred)
  • A mindset focused on urgency, ownership, and problem-solving
  • Willingness to learn new technology and systems
