Founder's Associate

Founder’s Associate (Generalist)

Location: Remote
Company: Savrr, Inc.
Type: Internship
Reports to: Co-Founders

About Savrr

Savrr is a fast-growing financial-wellness app helping Gen Z and young adults build better saving habits through behavioral finance, social accountability, and gamified goal-setting. We believe saving money should feel empowering, social, and motivating – not stressful or isolating. Launched in the U.S. and Canada, we’re expanding across Europe and beyond as we scale our mission to millions of users.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Founder’s Associate (Generalist) to work directly with the founders across strategy, operations, partnerships, and execution. This is a high-impact, hands-on role designed for someone who loves solving problems, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can wear many hats as Savrr grows. Think of this as a 'mini-founder' role: someone who can turn chaos into systems, ideas into action, and bottlenecks into momentum.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution

  • Work side-by-side with founders to turn high-level ideas into actionable plans.
  • Research markets, competitors, and expansion opportunities (US, Canada, EU).
  • Draft presentations, investor briefs, and reports for internal/external stakeholders.

Operations & Project Management

  • Manage cross-functional projects spanning marketing, partnerships, compliance, and product.
  • Build dashboards, track KPIs, and manage follow-ups to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose scalable solutions.

Partnerships & Outreach

  • Assist in prospecting and coordinating outreach to nonprofits, credit unions, and brand partners.
  • Support creation of proposals, partnership decks, and media materials.
  • Manage communications between internal teams and external collaborators.

Product & User Insights

  • Work closely with the product team to track feature feedback and user metrics.
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from users and partners to inform development priorities.
  • Coordinate product QA, testing, and feedback loops as needed.

Administration & Founder Enablement

  • Prepare documents, organize calendars, and maintain task systems.
  • Draft internal SOPs, onboarding materials, and process docs.
  • Step in wherever the founders need – from investor prep to event logistics.

Ideal Candidate

  • A builder: you can create order out of ambiguity.
  • A learner: eager to grow across multiple functions (operations, partnerships, product, etc.).
  • A systems thinker: you can streamline workflows and spot inefficiencies early.
  • A communicator: you write and speak clearly, confidently, and professionally.
  • A finisher: you close the loop on projects and own outcomes, not just tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, venture, or fast-paced operational roles.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Comfort with tools like Notion, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and project-management software.
  • Familiarity with fintech, SaaS, or behavioral finance is a plus (but not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but mindset and execution ability matter more than pedigree.

Why Join Savrr

  • Work directly with founders on high-impact projects.
  • Be part of a mission-driven startup changing how young adults approach money.
  • Exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a global fintech app.
  • Opportunity for rapid growth, equity, and leadership development as we expand globally.
