Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping the Three Chimneys’ office running smoothly, working daily with the Owners, Officers, and Managers of the farm to perform a wide range of administrative duties including:

  • Reception duties including answering the phone, greeting guests, etc.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties for the Owners, Officers, and Managers 
  • Coordinate the travel and accommodations for Owners and Officers
  • Client correspondence
  • Apparel and events – internal and external
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Information Management – gather, collate and distribute information 
  • Drafting, proofing and editing of correspondences and documents
  • Coordinate annual Summer Picnic and Christmas Party
