The Opportunity
Lord & Lily (LordnLily.com) is a science-driven, values-based, all-natural skincare brand entering a high-growth scaling phase. We are looking for an aspiring growth marketer who wants to learn how to scale a brand from the ground up using data, narrative, and modern digital systems.
You will work directly under a Chief of Growth with a proven track record of scaling four global brands from zero to millions in revenue. This is a front-row seat to Masterclass marketing execution. Strategic oversight from Lily Yang, Founder & Owner. You will be part of a team that values love, respect, integrity, and relentless execution.
This is a true hybrid role, requiring in office assistance with cameras and tripods. Majority of the work can be done remote but you must come into the office at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities (The Growth Engine)
- Content Architecture: Execute a multi-platform social media calendar (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) that aligns with aggressive annual growth targets.
- High-Volume Execution: Prepare and deploy 20 high-quality posts/stories per platform daily through the use of ai, ensuring the brand’s Soft Culture and Scientific Integrity remain consistent.
- Community Stewardship: Lead active engagement with our community, moderating user-generated content and fostering genuine brand-customer relationships.
- Agile Content Creation: Edit high-performing short-form video content (trimming, lighting, formatting) optimized for platform algorithms.
- Performance Tracking: Conduct hashtag/keyword research and assist the Head of Growth in measuring digital KPIs against business goals.
- Systems Support: Assist in website optimization and the implementation of our custom CRM and customer journey workflows.
Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)
- A Multidimensional Thinker: You can manage multiple social threads, deadlines, and creative tasks without losing focus.
- A Storyteller: You have strong written and verbal skills and understand how to translate science-based skincare into a compelling human narrative.
- Digital Native: You are deeply familiar with social media best practices, SEO basics, and current digital trends.
- Technically Capable: Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with Canva or basic video editing software is a must.
- Growth Mindset: You have at least 1 year of digital marketing exposure (coursework or projects) and a hunger to understand the "Why" behind the "What."
