About the Role

This is a studio-based role where the work happens behind the drawings, the orders, and the details that make every project possible. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior Kitchen Designers, supporting them at every stage — from early concept through to final execution. Over time, you’ll be exposed to the full arc of how exceptional kitchen and millwork design comes to life, in a studio environment defined by craft, collaboration, and continuous learning. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent Interior Design graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience who is ready to grow fast in a full-time, in-studio role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Kitchen Designers with the preparation of CAD drawings, elevations, and shop drawings.
  • Coordinate and process product orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through.
  • Support the preparation of detailed technical plans and client presentation materials.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and drawing files.
  • Participate in studio meetings and project discussions, building your design knowledge with every interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track project timelines and keep deliverables on track.

What You Bring

  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field, or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as Vectorworks, Chief Architect, SketchUp, or similar programs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you notice what others miss and take pride in getting it right.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work closely with a tight-knit creative team.
  • Creative problem-solving instincts — you look for better ways to do things and aren’t afraid to suggest them.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for kitchen design, cabinetry, and the built environment.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salaried compensation package.
  • A full-time, in-studio role at our Georgetown showroom — a beautiful place to spend your days.
  • A front-row seat to high-end kitchen and interior design — you will grow here.
  • A tight-knit, collaborative studio culture that values curiosity, precision, and creative thinking.
  • Mentorship from experienced Interior Designers who are the best at what they do.

We value diversity and inclusion and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. We believe that a mix of experiences and perspectives enriches our team and drives innovation.
