180 Elite Cleaning is a Kansas City commercial cleaning company that serves offices, commercial buildings, and professional facilities throughout the metro. We are a locally owned business focused on quality, consistency, and strong client relationships. We are looking for a motivated intern to help us grow our digital presence and tell our story more effectively online.

Position Overview
This internship is ideal for a student interested in content creation, journalism, digital marketing, branding, or local SEO. The intern will help create and organize content that supports our website, Google Business Profile, social media, and sales efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly with a growing local business.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit website content, blog posts, and local service pages
  • Help create before-and-after project stories and customer case studies
  • Assist with Google Business Profile posts, photos, and content updates
  • Help organize photos, videos, and project content for marketing use
  • Support social media content creation and light brand messaging
  • Research local SEO opportunities, directories, and community partnerships
  • Help improve online presence through content that is useful, local, and relevant

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Interest in journalism, communications, marketing, PR, or digital media
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable interviewing, gathering details, and turning them into clear content
  • Familiarity with social media, WordPress, SEO, or Google Business Profile is a plus, but not required
