ABOUT NINI DIGITAL
NiNi Digital is a NYC-based IT and technology partner that designs, installs, and manages the systems that power modern businesses. We work across commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, fitness, and experiential spaces — helping owners, operators, and growth-stage companies build technology infrastructure that actually works.
Our services span WiFi and networking, audio/visual design, security cameras, access control, and managed IT support. We partner closely with owners, contractors, architects, and engineers to make sure every project is executed cleanly and every system is built to last.
We're a small, founder-led team that moves fast and operates with a bias toward clear communication and real ownership. You won't be lost in a big company here — you'll be working directly with Anthony Liota, NiNi's founder, on making sure the right people know who we are and what we do.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative, platform-native Social Media & Content Intern who can help grow NiNi Digital's own social presence while sharpening our broader digital strategy. You'll work hand-in-hand with the founder, Anthony Liota, on content ideation, short-form video production, and building a consistent presence that actually resonates. If you know what makes a Reel stop the scroll, and can execute it, we want to talk!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Concept, shoot, edit, and post short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Manage NiNi Digital's content calendar and maintain a consistent posting cadence across platforms
- Monitor trends, sounds, and formats and quickly adapt them to our brand voice
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and use data to iterate
- Collaborate directly with the founder on overall digital strategy — not just execution, but thinking
- Help develop platform-specific strategies for each channel (what works on TikTok isn't always right for LinkedIn)
- Assist with content for client projects where relevant
- Identify and flag partnership, collaboration, or earned media opportunities
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
- Have a strong personal reel or portfolio of short-form video work you're proud of
- Know your way around CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or a similar editing tool without needing a tutorial
- Understand the nuances of each platform: what performs, what doesn't, and why
- Have an eye for aesthetics and a strong instinct for storytelling
- Are proactive and bring ideas to the table, not just wait for direction
- Are studying marketing, communications, media, film, or a related field — or have equivalent hands-on experience

DETAILS
- Compensation: Paid internship — stipend commensurate with experience
- Duration: Summer 2025 (flexible start/end dates)
- Location: New York City; hybrid schedule
