What You’ll Do

Build and maintain relationships with candidates
Source and interview professionals for high-demand roles
Run a full recruiting desk from first conversation to offer acceptance
Partner with companies on hiring strategy
Develop long-term relationships that drive repeat business

What We’re Looking For

0–5 years of experience (sales, recruiting, athletics, leadership all count)

Strong communication skills

Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations

Competitive mindset with a team-first attitude

Curious about business and how companies grow

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
