Sales Consultant

So, you’re done with classes. You’ve got the degree, the drive, and maybe a little confusion about what comes next. You want something that actually means something. A job where you can make real money, learn real-world skills, and build a foundation for a long-term career alongside a company that genuinely cares.

As a Sales Consultant, we offer you a stable career out of college, longevity, the ability to grow organically within, and complete benefits. Stepping into a world of uncertainty, we can help you feel more secure.

We’re not hiring for your typical “entry-level” Sales Consultant opportunity. We’re looking for motivated, outgoing grads who want to grow fast, challenge themselves, build customer connections, and actually enjoy what they do as a Sales Consultant. Our Sales Consultants help customers by answering pertinent questions, educating them about roofing services, setting up appointments, and helping them protect one of their most significant investments: their homes.

What’s in it for you?

  • Benefits and 401K
  • Paid training and ongoing support.
  • PTO and holidays off.
  • Longevity and stability.
  • A collaborative, energetic Sales Consultant team that wants to see you win and grow.
  • Real opportunities for advancement as the company expands.
  • No corporate nonsense, just real people, real results, real fun.

What You’ll Do As A Sales Consultant:

  • Guide customers through roof inspections and repair options.
  • Build relationships with customers, set up appointments, and get rewarded for results.
  • Work hands-on with a supportive, high-energy team.
  • Learn and master a consultative sales process.
  • Collaborate with project managers, fellow sales consultants, and installation crews to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Continuously improve sales and customer service skills through weekly coaching sessions.

You’ll Succeed As A Sales Consultant If You’re:

  • Competitive, confident, and ready to learn
  • Great with people and conversation
  • Motivated by goals (and a good paycheck)
  • Ready to build a future instead of waiting for one
  • Have prior experience in sales, sales consulting, customer service, retail, account management, client relations, business, business development, management, or hospitality
