We are a small, fast-moving team that uses AI deeply across marketing, content, and operations. This is not a role for someone who is merely “interested” in AI — it’s for someone who already uses it to think better, move faster, and build smarter.

About the Role

We’re hiring an AI Growth Marketing Specialist to help grow both brands through stronger funnels, sharper messaging, better content systems, smarter automation, and clearer performance tracking.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine strategy, execution, and ownership. You’ll help build landing pages, improve conversion flows, support launches, create AI-assisted workflows, and turn data into better marketing decisions.

We are looking for a builder — someone who sees gaps, proposes solutions, tests quickly, and improves results.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, opt-in flows, and thank-you page sequences
• Improve conversion across funnels, email campaigns, launches, and marketing assets
• Support high-ticket offers, webinars, courses, membership promotions, and premium programs
• Track performance metrics and build dashboards that show what is working and what needs attention
• Help create emails, scripts, outlines, hooks, captions, and other marketing content
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing, workflow design, and execution
• Improve email sequences, segmentation, and automations
• Collaborate with a small team on weekly priorities, testing, and execution

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in growth marketing, funnel building, content systems, or performance marketing
• AI-native workflow: you already use tools like Claude, n8n, Midjourney, Make, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms in your daily work
• Ability to build from scratch, not just manage existing systems
• Strong writing and direct response instincts
• Comfort with metrics, testing, and performance optimization
• High ownership, strong judgment, and proactive communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving small-team environment

Compensation

$80,000–$105,000/year, depending on experience, capability, and fit.
