Junior Investment/AI Intern

ABS Investment Management is a ~$11 billion boutique asset manager focused on global equity long/short hedge funds, private market strategies, and specialized investment portfolios. We are looking for a summer intern with hands-on experience in AI tools and workflow automation to help our investment team work more efficiently. The ideal candidate knows how to identify where AI can add real value, implement practical solutions, and translate those capabilities to colleagues who may be less familiar with the technology. This person will also sit alongside our senior investment team, gaining exposure to research, manager due diligence, and private markets investing.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience building with or deploying AI tools, whether through personal projects, coursework, or prior work experience, and the communication skills to explain what they're doing and why to a non-technical audience. Coding ability is a plus but not required. An interest in finance or capital markets is welcome but not a prerequisite; intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, and the ability to hit the ground running are what matter most. Internship start and end dates are flexible within the May–August 2026 window.
