Outreach ABA Therapist
Who we are:
Pounce Behavioral Health provides outreach Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with Autism.
What you will do:
We are currently seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate professionals to provide outreach ABA educational and behavioral services to children and young adults with Autism.
- Provide ABA services in home, school, and community settings
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior plans created by and under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Help clients learn social, play, and academic skills to improve their quality of life
- Collect and record data
- Adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethical guidelines
What you'll need:
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Must pass a background check
- TB test required
- Ability to engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling
- Prior ABA Experience and/or RBT certification preferred
