FIELD LEAD — Concrete Resurfacing & Exterior Services

Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Chesterfield, MO (St. Louis metro)

Leadership role managing crews and jobs. Earned by proven Installers who show leadership potential. Clear path to Superintendent with profit sharing and open-book financials.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead and supervise a field crew (2–4 people) on assigned projects
• Oversee concrete resurfacing and exterior work quality
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance
• Manage equipment, tools, and materials
• Communicate with customers and leadership on project status
• Develop crew members and mentor emerging leaders
• Maintain meticulous job site records

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 3–5+ years concrete, construction, or hardscape experience
• Proven leadership or crew lead/foreman experience
• Strong knowledge of concrete resurfacing and finishing techniques
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
