DECORATIVE CONCRETE INSTALLER

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prepare concrete surfaces: grinding, etching, pressure washing
- Mix and apply concrete overlays, epoxies, sealers, and coatings
- Operate hand and power tools: trowels, grinders, polishers, mixers
- Apply decorative finishes: stamped patterns, color stains, sealants
- Screed, float, and finish concrete surfaces to high standards
- Work physically: hands and knees, lifting up to 100 lbs regularly
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Learn continuously and seek feedback from experienced installers
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Physical fitness for sustained ground-level labor
- Reliability: show up on time, every time
- Willingness to learn — we'll train the right attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening

PREFERRED:
- Any concrete forming or flatwork experience
- Hardscape, paving, or construction background
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Basic math skills
