Customer Experience Manager
Position: Customer Experience Manager (Property and Casualty license required prior to hire, Life and Health required within 90 days of hire)
Office Location: 2001 4th Ave, Canyon TX 79015
Hours of Operation: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
Mission: Foster great relationships with our clients to ensure that they stay with our agency for a lifetime. Onboard every new client to our insurance agency, and ensure that our clients are well informed about our products and our referral process.

- Onboard new clients
- Contribute to agency growth by achieving a combined total of 20 per month in:
- Online reviews
- Referrals
- Policy reviews
- Cross sells
- Respond to all client inquiries within one business day.
Compensation:
- Annual Salary of $35,000 plus commission
- Chargebacks: If a policy is canceled during its initial term, the prorated commission already paid for that policy will be deducted

Earning 7% Commission: To achieve a commission rate of 7%, the sales agent must sell at least one life insurance policy within that fiscal month.

Earning 8% (or more) Commission: To earn a commission rate of 8% or more, a sales agent must achieve both of the contingencies:
- Write at least 4 Life/Commercial policies, this can be:
- 4 Life insurance policies submitted
- 4 Farmers Commercial policies sold
- OR a combination of life and commercial policies totaling 4
- Quote four self-generated referrals during the Folio.
- Write at least 4 Life/Commercial policies, this can be:
