Position: AI Specialist
We’re looking for a Claude‑native, highly technical, creatively minded AI professional who can translate AI capabilities into real‑world business impact. This is not a theoretical role—you will be building, automating, optimizing, and deploying AI systems across the entire company.

What You’ll Do

• Integrate AI tools into loan processing, underwriting support, and borrower communication
• Build automations that streamline internal workflows
• Develop AI‑powered marketing, social media, and email systems
• Create internal tools, prompts, and workflows that increase team efficiency
• Train staff on AI usage and best practices
• Continuously identify new opportunities to expand AI across the business

What We’re Looking For

• Deep experience with Claude and modern AI tools
• Ability to build automations, workflows, and custom AI solutions
• Strong technical intuition and problem‑solving ability
• Curiosity, creativity, and a bias toward action
• Experience in lending, real estate, or finance is a bonus but not required
