Position: Closing Specialist
We’re seeking a sharp, organized, deadline‑driven Closing Specialist to manage the final stage of the loan process. You’ll work closely with borrowers and escrow officers to ensure every detail is correct and every closing runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Review escrow documents for accuracy and completeness
• Verify loan amounts, fees, and terms
• Coordinate directly with borrowers, escrow companies, and internal team members
• Track timelines and ensure all closing conditions are met
• Troubleshoot issues and keep all parties aligned
• Deliver a seamless, professional closing experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in escrow, lending, title, or real estate transactions
• Strong document review skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow‑through
• Ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
