Job Opportunity: Social Media Manager

Are you a marketing student obsessed with algorithms and AI productivity? We are seeking a high-level Student Social Media Manager to act as the "Mission Control" for six real estate influencer brands. This is a hybrid role of traditional strategy and modern AI management.

The Role

You won't just be posting pictures; you’ll be managing a digital ecosystem. You will oversee the content strategy for six different personalities across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, utilizing AI to scale their reach.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & AI Planning: Use AI tools to develop posting schedules, write captions, and analyze trending hooks for six unique voices.

Team Lead: Manage a team of virtual/AI video editors. You provide the vision and the deadlines; they provide the edits.

Multi-Platform Mastery: Ensure each influencer has a consistent, professional presence across all major social channels.

Quality Control: Review all AI-generated or virtually-edited content to ensure it meets brand standards before going live.

Requirements

Current College Student (Marketing, Communications, or Business majors preferred).

Tech Savvy: Deep familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, AI video enhancers) and social media management software.

Organization: The ability to juggle six different brand identities without crossing the wires.

Leadership: Experience (or a strong desire) in managing remote workflows and hit-or-miss deadlines.
