Do you love chatting with people, picking out the perfect gift, and being part of a small, friendly team? Poppyseed Kids is looking for a personable, detail-oriented part-time team member to join us in our cheerful boutique!

We’re a children’s shop that prides itself on creating a welcoming experience for families shopping for clothing, gifts, and special moments. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, proactive, and takes initiative—with an eye for detail and a love of helping others.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers in a warm and helpful way

Offer gift suggestions and help shoppers find what they’re looking for

Keep the store tidy, organized, and inviting

Restock and merchandise products as needed

Use a point-of-sale system to complete purchases

Work independently and take initiative when tasks need to be done

What We're Looking For:

Must be available evenings, weekends and around all holidays (even in summer)

Be available during the summer week days

Friendly, talkative, and customer-service focused

Responsible and reliable with attention to detail

Willing to take direction, pitch in, and stay engaged during shifts

Has retail experience in a clothing store - This is a must! Any applicant without store retail experience will be an automatic no.
