Entry-Level Sales Representative
We are hiring an Entry-Level AT&T Sales Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and professional development.
In this role, you will work directly with customers in an in person setting, representing AT&T products and services. You will learn how to communicate product value, assist customers with service options, and build foundational business skills in a team-oriented setting.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide structured training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Interact with customers in a face-to-face setting
- Explain AT&T products, services, and current promotions
- Assist customers with selecting and setting up services
- Develop communication and problem-solving skills through daily interactions
- Track customer interactions and sales activity using internal tools
- Meet individual performance goals and expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or individuals starting their careers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time and commute to Charlotte, NC
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred (Not Required)
- Internship, part-time, or academic experience in customer service, retail, or sales
- Background in hospitality, communications, or business-related fields
