What You’ll Do
∙Be the first voice clients and prospects hear — answer and direct incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
∙Welcome guests to the office, offer beverages, and ensure every visitor feels like a priority
∙Draft and type professional correspondence, letters, and communications on behalf of the team
∙Manage calendars, schedule conference room bookings, and coordinate Zoom links and meeting invites
∙Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist with basic billing and administrative tracking
∙Coordinate travel arrangements for advisors and leadership
∙Facilitate and support group meetings — from setup to follow-up
∙Anticipate needs before they’re asked and bring a “how can I help?” mindset to everything you do
What We’re Looking For

∙Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
∙Professional written and verbal communication skills
∙Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and calendar platforms (Google or Outlook)
∙A natural problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to do next

∙Prior office, customer service, or client-facing experience is a plus, but drive and attitude matter most
