Office Manager at High-End Tutoring Firm (Plano)

Job description

Position: Office Manager

Location: Plano, TX 

Start Date: TBD

Job Description:

1. Registration & student database maintenance

2. Scheduling

3. Managing student progress

4. Bookkeeping & billing

5. Updating website, social media, and advertisements

6. Answering phones and receiving customers at the front desk

7. Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by directors

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree Required

2. Fluency in Korean language is a plus

3. Organized, detail oriented, and good at multi-tasking

4. Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills

5. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe

6. Prior front desk experience preferred

7. Graphic design and web design experience a plus

8. Must have own reliable transportation and be eligible to work in the US

Compensation:

Starts at $22 per hour (Compensation will be based on experience). For a part-time employee, the hours can be flexible. Healthcare and other long term employee benefits available for full time workers.
