π§ The Role β Sales Development Representative
As an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR), youβll own the top-of-funnel pipeline and play a critical role in driving revenue growth.
Youβll be responsible for identifying high-value prospects, executing outbound strategies, and generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
This is not a junior role β youβll help shape outbound playbooks, refine messaging, and directly impact how we scale our go-to-market engine.

π§ What Youβll Do
β’ π― Own Outbound Prospecting: Identify and target high-quality leads using tools like LinkedIn and sales platforms
β’ π© Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls to engage decision-makers
β’ π§© Lead Qualification: Understand customer pain points, business needs, and determine fit with AdsGency AI
β’ π Pipeline Generation: Book high-quality meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
β’ π Performance Optimization: Track outreach metrics and continuously improve messaging and conversion rates
β’ π€ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine targeting strategies
β’ π§ Playbook Development: Contribute to building scalable outbound processes and sales playbooks

π‘ What You Bring
β 3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles (preferably in SaaS or tech)
β Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
β Strong experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling)
β Excellent communication skills β you know how to engage and convert prospects
β Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills
β Resilient and self-motivated β comfortable operating in a high-volume, high-rejection environment
β Passion for AI, startups, and high-growth environments

β¨ Experience selling MarTech, AdTech, or AI products
π Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo)
