Surge is a marketing and sales firm that partners with nationally recognized brands spanning across several industries and nonprofit organizations to help expand their reach and impact.
We are currently hiring for a Community Engagement Representative role within our nonprofit division. In this role, you’ll represent charitable organizations through face-to-face outreach, building real connections in the community, and helping drive awareness and support for meaningful causes.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent nonprofit clients in public, high-traffic environments
- Engage directly with individuals to share each organization’s mission and impact
- Build trust and inspire support through genuine, in-person conversations
- Be part of daily outreach campaigns that create visible community impact
