Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Clinical Documentation Auditor to join our administrative team. In this role, you will conduct thorough reviews of client files to ensure clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards. Your work will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our records across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities
• Audit client files to verify that all clinical documentation is complete and accurate
• Review records to ensure dates, signatures, and required data points are correct and consistent
• Identify gaps or discrepancies in documentation and communicate findings to the appropriate team members
• Ensure files meet compliance standards for behavioral health and ABA services
• Maintain organized records of audit findings and follow up as needed
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to documentation processes

Qualifications
• Prior experience in clinical documentation, medical records, or a related administrative role in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and compliance requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously
• Familiarity with ABA therapy or autism services is a plus
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
