Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads to support the sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, building relationships with potential clients, and setting appointments for the sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify potential customers.
  • Qualify inbound leads and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate information.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
