About Us Grant Murphy Insurance and Financial Services is a growing

State Farm captive agency with a talented, driven team of nine

full-time professionals. We're not your typical office—we're

collaborative, growth-minded, and we genuinely have fun while building

something meaningful. We're looking for fresh energy to help us scale.

Compensation $18 per hour + performance bonuses based

on project completion and metrics achieved. We believe in rewarding

impact.

What You'll Do You'll wear multiple hats. Some days you'll support our

team with administrative workflows and client coordination. Other days

you'll be in problem-solving sessions, helping us build better

processes and systems. You'll get real exposure to how an insurance

and financial services business actually runs—from client interactions

to behind-the-scenes operations.

What You'll Learn This is your first real office experience. We'll

help you build a resume that matters. You'll understand business

metrics, client relationship management, operational efficiency, and

what it takes to run a professional team. More importantly, you'll see

how your work directly impacts the business.
