Biometrics Intern

Intern, Biometrics & Clinical Analytics

Location: Parsippany, NJ (100% On-site)

Duration: June 8 – August 7, 2026

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

The Corporate Partner

Our Corporate Partner is a pioneer in non-opioid pain management and regenerative health solutions. They are dedicated to next-generation innovations for chronic, postsurgical, and musculoskeletal pain, with a mission-driven culture focused on helping patients recover faster through integrity and collaborative science.

The Role

Seeking a motivated Biometrics Intern to join the team in Parsippany. You will gain hands-on experience in clinical trial methodologies, assisting with in-depth biomarker correlation analyses and quality of life measures to support drug development analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Exploratory Analysis: Link clinical outcomes with biological markers, including dataset cleaning and correlation assessments.
  • PK/PD Support: Organize pharmacokinetic data and perform preliminary exposure–response analyses.
  • Statistical Modeling: Run simulation studies and assess model performance metrics for internal guidance.
  • Data Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and dynamic plots to help teams interpret clinical datasets.
  • Safety Analytics: Identify potential patterns in adverse event datasets using statistical techniques.

Qualifications

  • Education: Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in Statistics, Biostatistics, Math, Data Science, Public Health, or Bioinformatics. Minimum GPA 3.0.
  • Requirements: Must be a Pell Grant Recipient for the current academic year.
  • Location: Must live within a commutable distance of Parsippany, NJ.

  1. Verify Pell Grant Status: Submit a screenshot of the Pell Grant section from your Financial Aid portal for the current school year. You may black out dollar amounts.

  3. Virtual Intro Meeting: Once verified, you will be invited to a 30-35 minute video call to learn more about the Project Onramp program and share your background. This is a preliminary step before corporate partner interviews.
