Activewear Social Media & Email Marketing Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team and help bring our brand to life across email, social media, and web.

This is a hands-on, in-person role where you’ll be directly involved in executing real marketing campaigns for a growing premium activewear brand and custom apparel company. You won’t just “assist”—you’ll help run the engine behind how our content and campaigns go out into the world.

If you’re someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of something that’s actively growing, this is a strong opportunity to learn and build real experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Email Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Assist in building and sending weekly email campaigns
  • Help manage and upload email lists into Klaviyo
  • Support campaign setup (flows, promotions, launches)
  • Track basic performance (opens, clicks, etc.)

Social Media Execution

  • Schedule and organize content across Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Upload stories and posts using provided templates
  • Help keep content aligned with current campaigns and launches
  • Update link-in-bio tools and promotions

Website & Product Updates

  • Upload product images and update product pages in Shopify
  • Ensure homepage and banners match current campaigns
  • Support product launches and collection updates

Content Organization

  • Organize and upload content across platforms (Dropbox, Shopify, email)
  • Maintain clean file structure and naming systems
  • Help keep the marketing machine running smoothly behind the scenes

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Reliable and consistent with execution
  • Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms
  • Willingness to learn tools like Klaviyo and Shopify
  • Positive attitude and ability to take direction

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience with Canva or Adobe tools
  • Interest in fitness, apparel, or brand building
  • Previous experience with social media or email marketing

Why This Role Matters

This role sits at the core of how our brand shows up daily. You’ll be part of executing campaigns, supporting product launches, and helping maintain the consistency that drives growth.

You’ll gain real-world experience in:

  • Email marketing systems
  • E-commerce operations
  • Content execution workflows
  • Brand campaign rollout

Schedule

  • Part-time hours (approx. 15-20 hours/week)
  • Set weekly schedule (afternoons preferred)
  • Fully in-person collaboration with the team

Growth Opportunity

This internship is designed to be a starting point. High performers can grow into expanded roles within marketing, operations, or content.

Final Note

If you’re looking for something where you can actually learn, contribute, and be part of building something—not just check a box—this is that opportunity.
