The Opportunity (Bottom Line)

This is not a “get coffee and sit in meetings” internship.

You’ll work directly alongside leadership (Jeff Zelaya – Business Development) to help drive real growth in a scaling firm.

If you perform, this will turn into a paid role with long-term upside.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll get hands-on experience in real business development and marketing execution, including:

🚀 Business Development & Prospecting

  • Research and identify ideal clients (business owners, investors, high earners)
  • Assist with LinkedIn outreach and relationship-building campaigns
  • Help manage and track leads in CRM systems
  • Support follow-ups and nurture sequences

📲 Social Media & Content Execution

  • Assist in creating and scheduling content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Help repurpose content from webinars, client insights, and real scenarios
  • Stay on top of trends and suggest content ideas that drive engagement

đź“§ Email & Automation Campaigns

  • Build and schedule email campaigns (webinars, offers, client education)
  • Assist in creating automated sequences (lead nurture, follow-ups)
  • Help track performance metrics (open rates, conversions)

⚙️ Marketing Systems & Growth Projects

  • Help streamline and improve marketing workflows
  • Support webinar launches and lead generation campaigns
  • Assist in building systems that scale outreach and client acquisition
