Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll build strong relationships, learn our products and solutions, and help customers find better ways to operate. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a long-term sales career with increasing responsibility, impact, and earning potential. You’ll spend your time:
- Building relationships with new and existing customers in your territory to drive steady, sustainable growth
- Learning customer operations and identifying ways our solutions can help
- Developing new business opportunities through thoughtful outreach and follow-up
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver timely quotes and solutions
- Sharing market feedback and customer insights with the sales team
- Planning sales visits and activities to support steady, sustainable growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in industrial, automation, or technical sales is a plus—but not required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or similar) or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills and comfort building relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your time effectively
- Willingness to learn technical products and customer applications
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
