Client Services Representative
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | Tues–Fri 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sat 6–7 AM to 2–3 PM (based on schedule)
Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do
• Greet customers, clients, and guests at the training center
• Answer questions and help with schedules, travel, and general info
• Work with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Handle front desk and reception duties
• Prepare training materials and documents
• Keep training rooms and common areas organized and ready
• Provide strong customer service throughout the day

What You Need
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good attention to detail and organization
• Able to handle multiple tasks and stay on schedule
• Comfortable working with a team
• Must be able to work onsite in Orlando, FL
