Technical Document Designer Intern

We are looking for someone with a graphics background to assist with a large backlog of Customer support materials, such has, parts packages, parts installation documents and installation documents.

As a Technical Document Designer Intern in the Customer Service department, you will support the creation of clear, visually polished, and user-focused documentation that transforms technical information into accessible, customer-facing content. Working closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering, you will help design well-structured layouts, diagrams, and visual assets that improve comprehension and usability.

This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in graphic design and visual communication, who is interested in applying design principles, branding consistency, and user experience thinking within technical documentation while continuing to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Profile Highlights

Background in Graphic Design or Visual Communication (degree or in progress).
Experience or coursework using Adobe Creative Cloud and basic exposure to 3D models or visuals.
Strong attention to detail, layout consistency, and visual hierarchy.
Interest in user-centered design and customer-facing documentation.
Ability to collaborate, adapt to feedback, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
