Coding Instructor

The Instructor demonstrates strong expertise in Computer Science and builds meaningful connections with each student. They provide individualized support, motivating and guiding students while fostering innovation, collaboration, and creativity through technology.

The iCode Instructor is responsible for delivering an engaging and enjoyable learning experience that enables students to progress through and master the iCode belt system. They lead instructional sessions, monitor student performance, and continuously evaluate progress to ensure each student’s success within the program.

In this role, you will:

• Teach and mentor students in coding, game development, and technology concepts
• Create a positive, high-energy classroom environment
• Adapt instruction to different learning styles and skill levels
• Track student progress and provide feedback to support growth
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the student experience
