Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator plays a key supporting role within a high-end design-build firm, assisting in the seamless execution of residential and commercial projects from concept through installation. This position works closely with the Project Manager and Design Assistant to manage day-to-day logistics, track project progress, and ensure clear communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-driven environment where timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are elevated. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, anticipate project needs, and maintain order across multiple moving parts, while contributing to a polished and professional client experience.
