Sales Intern
SALES INTERN – FINE FRAGRANCE SALES
Location: East Hanover, NJ / NYC
Duration: 4 months (Mid-May to Mid-September)
Schedule: On-site, 5 days per week (40 hours)
Reports to: Sales Director, Fine Fragrance

As a Sales & Creative Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of creativity, product development, and customer engagement—supporting the journey from concept to final product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer submissions and project coordination
- Maintain and update product base entries
- Assist in building and organizing a digital fragrance library
- Support fragrance documentation and track wins
- Assist with fragrance oil and application sampling
- Prepare and label customer samples
- Provide cross-functional support across teams
- Initiate and track fragrance stability requests
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Interest in the fragrance and beauty industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
