SALES INTERN – FINE FRAGRANCE SALES

Location: East Hanover, NJ / NYC
Duration: 4 months (Mid-May to Mid-September)
Schedule: On-site, 5 days per week (40 hours)
Reports to: Sales Director, Fine Fragrance

As a Sales & Creative Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of creativity, product development, and customer engagement—supporting the journey from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer submissions and project coordination
  • Maintain and update product base entries
  • Assist in building and organizing a digital fragrance library
  • Support fragrance documentation and track wins
  • Assist with fragrance oil and application sampling
  • Prepare and label customer samples
  • Provide cross-functional support across teams
  • Initiate and track fragrance stability requests

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Interest in the fragrance and beauty industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
