Human Resources Intern Summer 2026

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR team for the summer (May through August), with the possibility of extending into the fall and winter. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting HR operations, recruitment, training, and HR data analysis. You will assist with onboarding, scheduling interviews, tracking trainings in our Learning Management System (LMS), and generating HR reports—while contributing to special HR initiatives and projects.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build practical HR experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal audits of HR programs, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Create, organize, and maintain employee personnel files (electronic and physical).
• Track employee training assignments and completions in the LMS.
• Assist with developing and uploading training materials and courses.
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Support employee recognition programs and onboarding activities.
• Compile and analyze HR data, including recruitment metrics and training completion rates.
• Draft internal HR communications and assist with special HR projects.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
