Community Growth Manager
We are looking for someone to help grow two Austin-based creative businesses - The TAOFit Method and Lorna Noelle Art.
These two businesses are run by life and business partners.
We need someone who can help us find our audience and build a real community around what we do, both online and in person in Austin.
The TAOFit Method is a movement therapy and lifestyle coaching practice. The method helps people with chronic pain and injury move and live better by gaining more understanding of how their bodies work.
Lorna Noelle Art is an artist and teacher. Her goal is always to be creating art, building her audience, and facilitating positive experiences for others to create art.
We believe in community over revenue. We are not looking for someone to game algorithms or manufacture engagement. We are looking for someone who knows how to cultivate authentic relationships and build a community that genuinely connects with the work.
What we have: content and creativity. What we need: experience in growth and in building an audience that generates revenue over time.
If you are marketing-minded, have a genuine appreciation for art and wellness, and know how to build something real, we would love to have a conversation.
Because of the unique nature of what we are looking for, we have a two-step process:
- We will interview and select the best matches to complete an “audit” of what we need to grow our businesses and how you intend to do so. Compensation for this is $500
- After the plan is approved, the best fit will implement their plan for a year at a part-time weekly salary. (20 hrs a week) The goal would be that, by the end of that year, they will have created their position and begun seeing revenue to sustain it.
We are looking for a curious, hard-working person who can communicate well and wants to be in charge of their own schedule. We look forward to gaining more structure to help our messages reach an audience.
