Primera Analytical Solutions Corp, founded in 2002, is a contract research organization (CRO) that provides analytical, bioanalytical, formulation development, and clinical trial services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other life science industries. We have an excellent tracking record with FDA inspections and successfully accomplished the analytical work for many ANDAs and NDAs.

The IT Support must be energetic and focused with a strong motivation to learn new technologies, management, and maintenance processes. The position requires dedication, persistence, effective utilization of provided resources and the ability to deliver superior service.

This position is an entry level IT support position, and we provide on-the-job training. 

Responsibilities:

  • IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications such as SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other applications.
  • Email solution in area of implementation, configuration and administration, Microsoft networks, support of disaster recovery solutions
  • Exposure to Backup Solutions (Synology Disk Station, Amazon Glacier, Network Storage Solution, knowledge of NAS and Synology file syncing and sharing
  • System documentation and services including but not limited to system reviews and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum BS in a related science such as Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
  • System/software qualification and validation is a plus but not required
  • Agilent OpenLab Chemstation exposure is a plus 
  • Watson LIMS exposure is a plus
  • ELN/Lab Management software exposure is a plus
  • ViewLinc Monitoring, Alarming and Reporting Software exposure is a plus 
  • Knowledge of VMWare is a plus
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
