Franchise Development Coordinator (Sales)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Franchise Development Coordinator plays a critical role in the franchise development process by serving as the first point of contact for prospective franchise partners. This individual is responsible for engaging inbound leads, qualifying candidates, and scheduling appointments for the Franchise Development sales team. In addition, this role will proactively generate new opportunities through outbound outreach and lead generation efforts.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Own daily activity metrics, including calls, emails, and outreach volume
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments set
  • Maintain strong conversion rates from lead to scheduled call
  • Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely and professional manner (within 24 hours)
  • Keep CRM data accurate, complete, and up to date at all times
  • Actively contribute to improving outreach strategies and qualification processes
  • Take full ownership of pipeline contribution and personal performance

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to and engage inbound franchise inquiries in a timely manner
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to assess candidate fit
  • Schedule qualified candidates for next steps with the Franchise Development team
  • Maintain a high standard of candidate experience and brand representation
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Identify and research potential franchise candidates and target profiles
  • Generate new leads to support overall pipeline growth
  • Track outreach performance and optimize messaging for effectiveness
  • Accurately track all interactions and pipeline activity within HubSpot
  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date lead records
  • Monitor lead progression and ensure proper follow-up cadence
  • Provide regular reporting on lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Other duties as needed

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or appointment setting (franchise experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and phone-based engagement
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets
  • Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
