IT Director: The IT Director is responsible for the upkeep of computer equipment and computer programs in the WUPX station. 

  • Responsible for updating the WUPX website with updated information and schedules. 
  • Responsible for ensuring the Board of Directors and Executive Staff meeting minutes are readily available on the WUPX website
  • Responsible for coordinating updates on the website with Production Director and Public Affairs Coordinator.
  • Research and implement useful projects, software, and hardware for the betterment of the station. 
  • The IT Director is expected to be readily available to fix equipment when necessary. 
  • Responsible for set up, layout, and maintenance of all equipment in the Broadcast studio 
  • Responsible for reporting issues with equipment to the General Manager and Station Manager. 
  • Responsible for assisting General Manager in the creation of budgets regarding equipment purchases.

 

This is an on campus job open to enrolled students.
