Position: Summer Camp Counselor / Staff
Location: 5762 Wilcox Rd, Dublin OH
Dates: June 1st- August 14th
Schedule: [Full-time / Day Camp]
About Us:
The Ark Childcare Summer Camp is a Christ-centered program dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and spiritually enriching environment for children and youth. Our mission is to prepare all children through the storms of life with the teachings and love of Jesus Christ.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise groups of campers (ages 5-12)
- Facilitate daily activities including games, crafts, and Bible lessons
- Encourage positive behavior and model Christian values
- Ensure camper safety and well-being at all times
- Participate in worship, prayer, and devotional times
- Work collaboratively with other staff members
Qualifications:
- A personal commitment to the Christian faith
- Experience working with children or youth preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
- Minimum age 18
Preferred (but not required):
- CPR/First Aid certification (Ability to complete training)
- Previous camp or ministry experience
