Hope Builders Career Connections (HBCC) is seeking an
enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our
partnerships and empower young adults to build brighter futures.
As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for new business
opportunities - reaching out to potential healthcare partners, sparking meaningful conversations, and helping connect them with our services. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing development to grow into a full-cycle Account Executive role over time.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect & Engage: Conduct high - volume outbound prospecting calls (50+ per day) using cold calling, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify Leads: Determine leads' staffing needs, budget, hiring authority
• Support the Sales Process: Book appointments, prepare meeting materials, and assist senior team members with client follow-ups.
• Learn & Grow: Participate in training and shadow experienced account managers to build your sales skills.
• Collaborate: Work closely with a supportive, high-energy team to help achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree;
