Speech Language Pathologist
Job Position: Speech Language Pathologist 2026-27 School Year
Location: Little Falls, MN area
Pay Rate: W2 hourly, starting at $55/hour (depending on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in the Little Falls, MN area for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an in-person position with flexibility for full-time or part-time candidates.
Position Overview:
The SLP will provide services to a diverse caseload of students ages 3–22, supporting a wide range of communication needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
- Support students with a variety of communication needs, including speech, language, and social communication
- Implement and support AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota SLP educator license
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered depending on support available)
- Experience with or strong knowledge of AAC devices required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
