U260028 - Accreditation Administrator - Graduate Medical Education
Position Summary:
The Accreditation Administrator supports the Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences by coordinating accreditation related activities for 72+ ACGME-accredited medical residency and fellowship programs. This role manages Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC) operations, prepares meeting materials, tracks compliance actions, and ensures documentation meets Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements. The position also coordinates program and institutional site visit logistics, assists with ACGME-required program Special Reviews, supports accreditation data collection, and monitors work hours reporting. This role works closely with GME leadership, program staff, and institutional partners in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior professional experience in education, accreditation, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; Zoom.
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-directed learner (i.e., using written/visual procedures to complete a task, researching efficient ways to complete tasks independently).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in medical education or graduate medical education.
- Prior experience with ACGME and/or LCME accreditation.
- Demonstrated project management abilities.
- Committee management experience.
- Proficiency in MedHub and/or Brightspace.
Physical Qualifications:
Occasionally moves equipment weighing up to 10 pounds for special events.
