R&D Intern – Product Development (Early Life Nutrition)

As an R&D Intern, you’ll work closely with experienced scientists and engineers to help develop and improve products that support early nutrition. This is a great opportunity to build practical lab and manufacturing experience while contributing to meaningful projects.
What you’ll do
- Support R&D experiments and development projects from idea to implementation
- Set up, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments
- Participate in scale‑up and factory trials, gaining exposure to real manufacturing environments
- Help test, monitor, refine, and improve products and processes
- Collaborate with cross‑functional team members and learn industry best practices
- Document results and share insights with the team
